GRAPE BLEND . Garganega - Trebbiano - Tocai - Fernanda - Manzoni - Chardonnay

SOILS . Hilly terrain of morainic origin at Santa Lucia dei Monti, a small hamlet of Valeggio sul Mincio. Calcareous, clayey, gravelly and sandy soils in an area south-east of Lake Garda.

HARVEST . Grapes are hand-picked from early September onwards.

VINIFICATION . Grapes are soft-pressed, and the must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, so as to preserve its fragrance and aromas. The wine is then left in contact with its lees for several months before being bottled.

TASTING NOTES . An elegant dry white wine. Fresh and full-bodied with a distinct and rich flavour. A proud wine with a lingering taste.
