EXCLUSIVE TASTING: THE FIREPLACE AND THE SMALL BARREL CELLAR
The wines offered are elegant, local, each with its own well-defined personality.
The visit includes a guided tour of the vineyards with an explanation of the cultivation and harvesting techniques; followed by a visit to the cellar where everything comes to life and we will illustrate the winemaking methods with the possibility of tasting the wine directly from the tanks.
We will enter, in silence, into our small barrel cellar to discover and taste our flagship, our Sponsà, while it “sleeps” in the wood. The experience proceeds with the tasting of 6 wines, authentic expression of our territory, our morainic hills and the winds coming from Lake Garda; everything will be accompanied by typical cured meats and cheeses.
