HARVEST . September, the grapes are harvested manually

VINIFICATION . Soft pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature; refinement follows with a long rest on the yeasts.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES . Straw yellow, the citrus and almond notes stand out on the nose; in the mouth it is delicate and elegant, with a good structure and a high minerality on the finish.

ALCOHOL CONTENT . 13% vol
