GRAPE BLEND . Corvina and Corvinone

SOILS . Hilly terrain of morainic origin of Santa Lucia dei Monti, a small fraction of Valeggio sul Mincio. The calcareous, clayey and gravelly soils are found southeast of Lake Garda.

HARVEST . From early September onwards; the grapes are harvested manually.

VINIFICATION . soft pressing, permanence on the lees for 30 months in the bottle, aging in the bottle for 4 months.

TASTING NOTES . “Ohana” means Family, a wine that comes from our union, from our bet. It is an enveloping wine, with a delicate bouquet, it binds harmoniously to a decisive palate. Fine perlage
